As an architect, Benjamin John Stevens is also committed to serving as his client’s advocate throughout their project, addressing compliance with applicable codes and regulations, assisting in the processing of required approvals, overseeing the work of the contractor, and coordinating all technical and aesthetic aspects of a project. Benjamin prides himself on providing intimate “one-on-one” client care relationships not only throughout design and construction, but also well beyond a project’s completion. This relationship is essential, for there is a direct correlation between a project’s end quality and the quality of the relationship between the client and architect.
