The Bosworth Residence was a major remodel and addition to an existing single-family residence in the Three Arch Bay neighborhood of Laguna Beach, California.  The project scope included a complete interior and exterior remodel of the single-story 1951 beach cottage, additions to the family room and garage, a new elevated deck with ocean views off of the master bedroom, new pool, and various site improvements throughout the property.  The interior and exterior remodel work was done to modernize the beach cottage in both appearance and the way in which the spaces are lived in.  Walls were removed and spaces redesigned to have the kitchen, dining, breakfast nook, and family room all open to each other, as well as new large-scale door opening systems to connect these spaces to the rear yard and ocean views.
